I'm a 5'4 15-yr-old girl, I weigh a little less than 100 lbs (don't say I'm anorexic because I'm not), and I want to get more fit. I was pretty much the weakest person in my PE class last year, being the girl with the slowest mile time, least amount of sit ups/push ups, least flexibility, etc. I need to know this because I don't have PE class anymore this year, and I need to continue to work out somehow now by myself. What are some good exercises I can do at home that don't require any special equipment? (I don't really have access to a gym neither since the nearest gym in my area is really far away.)
