04' Kawasaki Ninja leaked coolant in wisconsin weather is it the head gasket?

I started it up yesterday and I saw some coolant leaking from the top of the engine, let me remind you its like 30 degrees out. I stopped the engine and talked to a few people. Today I started it back up again and it didnt leak, but water started to drip out of the holes on the exhaust. It just takes a little warming up and it idles fine. Do you think it was just cold or is it a head gasket problem, compression seemed equal out both exhausts.

the next time you fire it up let it run a while then pull off your radiator cap and if it has pressure it is most likely a head gasket
