Who's using cricket's new MUVE MUSIC plan?

seen a few billboarRAB around town and got an email (as i was a past subscriber) highlighting this plan.

What (if any) are the restrictions of the "unlimited music downloaRAB"?
is it possible to push/pull them off the phone to sync with other devices (i.e. iTunes, burn to CD etc.?) or are the music downloaRAB stuck on the phone?

I know the saying - if it sounRAB too good to be true, it probably is, so I wanted to see if anyone had any input.
