i need help with unlocking my iphone 4?

i have jailbroken my iphone 4 and i downloaded ultrasn0w, but i would get no service when i put in my tmobile sim card. i looked online and apparently my baseband is not compatible for ultrasn0w. currently my baseband is 04.11.08. what's the easiest way for me to fix this? i've looked everywhere and im getting different answers from people. i'm not that good at technology, so if you can provide me with detail or a link that could help me it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
