When a case has been accepted by the employment tribunal do you send all correspondence to the tribunal?

I have had my case accepted by the ET and do not want to incur costs yet from a solicitor but I have receieved the case management orders and i have to submit a remedy by next week, do i have to send everything to the ET and ACAS as well as the respondants solicitor???
