I used to be able to type french accents using Alt codes like alt + 133 etc... now my entire num pad won't work....as in I can't type numbers from it... also the same codes are now giving me symbols like these - ? ? !! While some codes simply change the page i'm working on (When typing online) or rotate my screen :S

Help Pls!

P.S. it's not a num lock thing.. i've tried both on and off :S
