How do you copy and paste a contract from: http://www.filmcontracts.net/contracts/form.php?id=1042

I have wanted to make a movie with some people for years. I have all the equipment but I cant seem to take this document from: http://www.filmcontracts.net/contracts/form.php?id=1042 and copy and paste it into word... Help Me Please?!?!?
