I know I'm not alone with this complaint, just wondering how common it is. Two years ago it was time for an upgrade and contract renewal. I decided to get a smartphone and went with the android . Yes im still glad I went with android over apple.. Anyway they talked me into buying replacement insurance,telling me if ANYTHING happens my phone will be replaced for $50.00.
Well after paying this insurance for two years I need to file a claim. The speaker on my phone cuts out all the time. Well I contacted them to get my phone replaced and they tell me it will cost $125.00 after paying the insurance for two years. I think I still have my contract at home and will be taking it to ATT. ANY ONE ELSE HAVE THIS TROUBLE? THANKS FOR YOUR IMPUT. AND IF ANYONE WORKS FOR ATT DONT START NAME CALLING JUST SHOW ME A LINK TO verify THE CHARGE
