I'm a freshman at the University of New Hampshire right now, but I underestimated how much I hated this state and the school is not much better.

Only requirements:
Warm
Coastal with surf within 45 minutes driving, East or West coast, doesn't really matter, would honestly prefer west coast though, I need a change of scenery.
Has a respectable business program
Under 35k with tuition and room and board.
