    Is weight can be lose?

    Hi, I'm Thomas Jack. I have a question that are disturbing me. I want to know that is weight can be lose by only doing work out not do diet at the same time. I'm over weight of 165 Ibs and want to lose it where i feel good and have attractive shape. I hate diet and don't want to do it. Is there any suggestion or opinion for me?

    Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories,
    Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes,
    Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.....
