For Biology class, I make study guides on the computer. I just started using Microsoft Word 2007. My study guides consist of a question in black, and then the answer in red underneath. If you could picture it, it takes a lot of clicking and it's time consuming to have to keep changing the font to red. I was wondering if there was some way I could set it to automatically change to red.

Also, I like to make little blanks on the side of each number so that I can verify what kind of question it is (multiple choice= MC, matching items= MA, short answer= SA). But on Microsoft Word 2007, the numbering is automatic, and it doesn't let me put anythng in front of the numbers. I know I can turn numbering off, but then it just turns right back on. :/

Please help me.

Thanks for your time and consideration!
