I was on a streak of barely exercising until yesterday. I did like an hour on Wii fit (40 min jogging in place, 20 min step ups) & got sorta sore from that but that night went jogging around this mile-long track 4 times, jogging most of the time. I was sore already after but today I cant even walk without limping a lot! Lol. It's just my calves hurting so much, could I go jogging again tomorrow? Or should I just do light cardio on Wii and walk the dog?
