When I exercise I Feel sick, how can I fix this?

It doesn't even have to be a hard workout, if i go for too long of a walk or get too much cardio doing anything I get dizzy, nauseous, my head aches, and I'm just a grouchy, bitchy mess. I'm usually in so-so shape, I'm used to working out like 3 times a week and really working on strenth training any time I can as well as dancing. I do have asthema, I didn't really think this was something that could cause that. Oh and I can't get into the doctor for like a month so any help now is much appreciated!
