Yesterday I started riding my stationary bike for twenty minutes at the highest resistance. I just did it again today. Tomorrow morning I want to run around my neighborhood. I like being active and i need to start getting in shape for tennis. So I was also wondering if doing these (along with eating a healthier diet of course) will help me lose fat around my upper thighs. I know they are stubborn spots. I also have some stomach fat. What else can you recommend for me to do so that I can exercise efficiently?
