Why does my car have bad gas mileage?

I have a 1988 Buick Reatta that is getting an average of 13 mpg. It has a v6 two seater and 195,000 miles. I just changed the spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil and filter, and the oxygen sensor. I put a can of seafoam in the tank too. The tires are in inflated correctly and I drive like an old woman, so what gives?
This is city and highway driving, EPA combined driving is 22

the best bet is get it checked at auto shop i reckon you should be getting 20 to 25 miles per gallon on that car at least .what type of mileage does the car manual tell you .check it out town driving can be murder on mpg ..and if thats the case could be right if you sit in traffic jams most of the time that would be about right mpg. think about it still burning fuel when sitting still.ok all the best
