I'm a constant low carber. I have lost the main bulk of my weight but I have plateaued for months.
I'm always around 11st 10/11 lb (165lb) which is 11lb above my ideal BMI for my height. I am a UK size 14 and a US size 12 and 5 foot 7 inch. I have lost around 80lb from my highest weight.
I exercise regularly doing cardio and light weights.
My 4 month plateau has driven me to think that I am doing something wrong.
Hence the question about acai berry extract. I have bought some 1500mg tablets from a reputable seller that are to be taken twice a day. I can't find much information about carb content in extract form.
Do the berries actually work and can you combine the berry extract with a low carb diet?
