Yesterday i flew back from a holiday and only had breakfast and a roll later on in the day.
Now today i have no energy at all and dont want to eat anything. I know i need to eat something though. I feel sick and going to the toilet isnt great either.
Tried unpacking my case and get 3 tshirts out and then just lie looking at the ceiling for 10 mins. Then another 3 tshirts and do the same.
What can i have to eat or do to get my energy levels up?
Got work in 4 hours as well...great.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
