we've been dating for 3 months and she was on regular birth control so i didn't really ever use a condom. Do you think I could possibly be infected are am I just over-reacting. I read some articles on the internet where one partner had HIV and the other one never got infected (even with unprotected sex) what do you think the chances are that im infected ?

Why not get yourself tested. But even if someone is infected, I think it shows in tests only after like six months. It is very much possible that you are not infected.
