Does freedom of speech allow Fox News?

and their hate mongering right-wing pundits to pollute America’s airwaves with propaganda disguised as news?

I have doubts that propaganda is legal in any form.
    hehehehe.....

Why not, the Washington Post, and New York Times have a leftist agenda, Just because a news station reports news that isn't covered elseware, or opinions, that doesn't mean they are untrue. If they were they would be sued. They just ask the questions that are unpopular with left wing supporters. Like whats taking so long in closing our borders, why get rid of e-verify that is 99.6% effective in making sure companies hire legal workers? Id theft has such a negative effect on taxpayers, especially those on medicare or disability when they are dropped because they show to be employed, and their medications stopped. Or border patrol agents jailed for shooting a drug dealer in the butt and a law seldom used in our justice system putting them away for 12 years, and the continueing lawbreaking of this drug dealer withheld from the jury, sound like propaganda to you?

It scares me that anyone can ask this question seriously. The whole idea of freedom of speech is that opinions from all sides are allowed to compete in the marketplace of ideas. The propaganda from one side is counterbalanced by the ideas of the opposing point of view. The alternative, of course, is to allow the government to decide which ideas have merit, and which are merely propaganda, and to allow the publication or broadcast of those things that the government has approved. Ask yourself this: Would you have been comfortable with that system when Bush was President?

Yes not agreeing with the ignorant lying news media is still, but probably not for long, legal.

The greatest form of censorship is turning the dial.

If more people did that Fox News would no longer be on the air.
