You can't. They aren't compatible. AT&T is GSM...Verizon is CDMA.
Like trying to use Diesel fuel in a gas engine...just doesn't work.

You can't. GSM phones cannot be made to work on CDMA networks. That's why there's no unlocking the iPhone for Verizon.
