    i have a bike, hasnt been started for 5yrs..what can be wrong, help. it 2003 kawasaki?

    i bought it off my aunt, as a practice bike, i bought a new battery, what else can i check, and HOW CAN I ALSO CLEAN THE GAS TANK.

    You may need to clean out the carb. It's probably best to have someone do a complete tune-up on the bike to get it in peak operating order.

    2003 Kawasaki is very vague.

    Pull the tank off th e bike and dump out the old fuel. Buy some Berrymans B-12 fuel additive and dump it in the empty tank. Swoosh it around and dump it out.
    Pull the carburetor off the bike and clean the jets along with the float bowl.
    Put a new plug in it
    Start it up and enjoy
