My baby Flower Horn fish skin is peeling?!?

This morning I checked the tank and my fishes were fine, both Flower Horn seem normal and both are divided so the adult doesn't attack the baby, but recently after I came home during the night I found that my baby Flower Horn's skin is peeling around is mouth and nose and the scale is coming off too.The color recently turn red around the face a couple of days now but I just thought it was growing. Is there something wrong? Is this serious?
