do you need to install all the expansion and stuff packs in order to install the sims 2 mansion and garden stuff pack cuz im gonna buy the sims 2 double deluxe so do i need to install all the expansion and stuff packs to play it

No you don't need to install the expansion and stuff packs in a particular order.
You can install mansion and gardens first if you want, and then install the other packs as and when you get them.
I've installed my expansion packs and stuff packs in a random order (not the order they were released in) and it's been fine.
