The owner of the Pittsburgh steelers donated alot of money to the obama campaign and he eneded up becoming ambassador for ireland.
Obama is also a huge Pittsburgh fan maybe they won because obama was rooting for them to win.

No way are sports political. And they don't effect politics. And I like it that way.
