Many of my friends play 2-3 hours of baseball, basketball, soccer, football, or etc. I only swim for 1 hour 3 times a week, and walk 1 mile 2 times a week(all on weekdays). Than I play video games and party on Saturdays and Sundays. So are those kids really in powerful shape, I in bad shape, or both of us with our own style. I'm not fat btw since I drink water and milk and eat nuts and beans instead of chips.
