what is a typical day like for nfl training camps?

how many times a day do the practice? for how long?
can the public go watch? can family go visit?
do they stay in dorms? how long does the training camp last?
do they practice everyday or do they get days off?

i was wondering specifically for the titans but whatever answers you know... im just curious, any answers would be appreciated. thanks

I'm not sure on how many times they practice a day. I'm assuming once a day for a few hours at a time.

They wake up, get breakfast. Then they get ready for practice. After practice they wash off and spend some time in the ice pods (big buckets of ice they sit in or tubs).

They then go eat dinner then they go to their position meetings (QB, Wide Receiver, Offensive Line, Ect . . . ).

Yes, the public can go watch and families can visit. They usually pick a college campus to go to so they stay in dorms. It lasts for 3 or 4 weeks up through the end of the pre-season.

I think they do get a week or so off before or during the preseason.

I think their training camp is at Baptist Sports Park?

PRACTICE TIMES: Training camp practices typically begin at 8:30 a.m. and/or 3:30 p.m. Three traditional “two-a-days†are scheduled, giving fans an opportunity to see the team in action during the morning and afternoon hours on the same day, an ideal arrangement for out-of-town fans seeking to watch a maximum amount of practice in a brief period of time. A complete schedule with exact dates and times will be announced later this off-season.
