Hi I'm applying for this store and this question has come up on the application form. This is my reply so far:

As you have a really good reputation and being successful, I like the idea of coming to work and gaining new skills and facing challenging tasks. You seem to have great people working in you stores and very friendly. Also another reason is simply because of your food, as it is delicious. This is why I want to work here.
