Yes especially if it is of sexual nature. Besides sometimes telling someone you had a dream about them usually means that you think more of them.

Oh, no!!! Plan on how u are going to approach her first. By telling her you dreamt of her would be too intimidating. She might think of you as a sicko!
Try to be extra nice to her. Smile a lot. She will get the message. Then you can start having long conversations. If she is interestedm you'll know and vice versa.
