    it doesnt affect cultures as such... it affect communities though. Think about England - London is becoming highly over populated - around 10 mill in london alone - the affect this is having is not enough jobs to go round, disease (flu etc) - which is crippling the NHS system, Litter on the streets making rodents more prominent, carbon footprint is affected where more fuels are needed for lights/gas etc. No think of the difference in other countries with less or more people... those with high populations are suffering worse than England (especially 3rd world countries like parts of Brazil/Africa etc). Then think of less densley populated countries like New Zeland and how much they are benefited from less people in thier country!
