I have this red hard patches near the back of my tongue. It doest hurt and I think if I had a tongue scraper i could scrape some of it off... what I'm asking is what is it? Is it something I should worry about or just let it run its corse? Any answers would be really helpful, thank you!
*note* it isnt something I can scrape off, I tried to use a tounge scrape thing and it hurt

No no no. It just means you aren't getting enough water, scratched it with something or havent drank anything in a while. No big deal. Happens to me sometimes
