Is it weird i am 14 years old (girl) and I really want a baby?

I am NOT going to get pregnant.

I just feel like i really would love a baby girl <3
Im shy & never had a boyfriend before, i dont do drugs/smoke etc - im not going to have sex k?

Anyways..
This year in grade 9 we take home a baby doll that weighs 7lbs and is life-like and crys now & again so you have to hold a key in it for while. Its an assignment in 'life skills' class.
I cannot wait to get mine! I have to wait until like april :/
I chose from a boy/girl and i think im going to get a girl.
We usually take it for a night but i might take it for a weekend!

I love babies.
I dont have any cousins/neices/nephews/siblings under the age of 5 so...i dont have alot of experience with babies but i have held/seen a few of my mom's friends babies and fell in love.
I cant wait til i grow up & have kids.

Is this weird that im so excited to have kids (NOT now?)
Other girls in my class are like 'ugh! we have to take home that thing?'

You sound like you have your head screwed on for 14yrold.

A bit of advice- it's fantastic that you want kids! but seriously do all the kid stuff and career, education and travelling first!!
Find a nice man and get yourselves set up b4 the babies.

You dont need to rush into anything like, getting a boyfriend, just because other people might have one, or doing drugs and having sex.

It's all the world's concept of "happiness", but in all reality, staying pure, in your heart, and sexually is perfect!

Wait until you find the truest Prince to marry, and then have your little baby!

You will be so happy and it will be SO worth the wait!!!

don't worry about it friend, I'm 14 and the same way. I've even got a mom voice that sort of comes out instinctively sometimes, its bad. but anytime a baby reaches out to me or toddles around, i feel all warm inside, i think we just have uncanny amounts of estrogen or weird hormones or something.

As long as you dont want to get pregnant right now, then no I dont think so. There are some people who absolutley love kids. Your just one of them.
I bet you'll make a great mom later in life. (after college?)
