    do you have to be a certain age to go alone to get a blood test?

    i think i am pregnant? only 17...

    iam 16 and i went by myslef so no its ok

    You can go to any doctor's office to get it (even planned parenthood). If your insurance is paying for it, your mom/dad will get the explanation of benefits in the mail and they'll know you did it (assuming you're covered under their insurance). You can pay out of pocket for it, but I'm not sure how much that costs.

    Try a pee stick first. When I was under 18 my parents had to come with me to my appointments, so I don't know if you can go to a doctor without a parent accompanying you. However, if you go to planned parenthood, you do not need parent consent.

    No but your parents will get the bill from their insurance company. Just take a home urine test.

    as long as you can get to the office then you can get one. HIPPA protects your confidentiality.


    if you dont want it to show up on your parents insurance go to your county health department, it will be free.

    i think you can go alone.depends on the state and where you go.but it seems to me that you should be able to at 17

    nope. you can go alone just gotta make the appointment of course. Now some places may be different but as far as I know you should be fine to do this alone without your parents.
