Doctor says they need to discuss blood test results...?

generally if your blood test results were fine they don't call you.

its pretty clear something is wrong but it could be something very simple and not all that serious.

i would just try to relax but be prepared for in case there is something wrong.

I went to the doctor last week and they called back and told me that they need me to come in to discuss the blood test results with me. I made an appointment to come in tomorrow. Is this normal or is something wrong?

I would say it was normal that they told you to go in. Things like blood results or results of any test are not supposed to be given over the phone, incase someone is pretending to be you or whatever. The fact they said "discuss" it sounds like they have something to tell you. Depending on what they tested for! I would not hang on to what has been said though, just go along and see what happens!
