I have a 92 yota 4x4 V6 auto tranny,took it to a mechanic and they hooked it up to an engine scanner,its flashing codes so fast they cant read them,can anyone tell me what might be causing this.

Guestthe guy is lieing to u cus when a code is triggered it stays in sytem till clears on cars before 94 u have a obd1 system ....is the car driving werid in any way if all u want to do is clear the light un hook the battery ONLY ON A OBD1 SYSTEM for about 15 secs then re connect .. if u can'tt to have the problem fix take it to toyota they will charge u $99 to test it BUT IF U ELECT TO DO REPAIRS THEY WAVE THE FEE
