I received my new bike last Tuesday and assembled it that evening. On Wednesday I took it out for a spin and noticed a bump and noise when the seam of the rim passed the brakes. On closer inspection I noticed the rim was not lined up perfectly and their was a slight drop at the seam. The rear rim was smooth and didn't have the offset but their is a very tiny gap at the seam.

I called support and the guy wanted to know if the arrow on the tire was going the right direction. I shot that down right away and he agreed. I did turn the wheel around anyway and sill get a bump. Can this be corrected easily or will it be a problem ? The rims look like Alex rims Y2000 single wall. I will be taking the wheel to the bike shop tomorrow for inspection.
