Where is the coolant sensor located on a 2003 Dodge Neon?

The dealer said it was located under the thermostat housing but, it's not there. Could someone plz tell us? Thank you!

Where the top rad hose goes into the engine, thermostat house you will see a wiring harness on the end of it. Thats the coolant temp sending unit.
