i want to have my Iphone to work with verizon. I have download some things on my phone. I can know switch my phone to t mobile. I need to know if there is away to change that.

No i do not believe its possible, as you notice, verizon phones do not have sim cards where you have to have one to use the iphone, you can unlock it so it works on t-mobile, i know that for sure.
