Thread: What do you think of the appology by the Senate?

What do you think of the appology to the Native Americans by the Senate as shown on todays Yahoo homepage video.
How do you feel about the Senate appologizing to the Native Americans for what their ancestors did to them but refusing to appologize for the actions of their ancestors to African Americans for slavery...how to they differ?

As a Native American (Cree Nation), I can say unequivocally: WAY too little...WAY too late.
It's no skin off the government's @ss to "apologize" NOW, for Christ's sake, more than a century after the entire continent was stolen from us.
