to run the my contacts back up program you must use your phone to log onto easy edge, download the program and then run it. So yes the phone must be on and the screen needs to work.

soo my razor snapped in half (top screen and the bottom half) but it still like lights up and stuff as if it was on.

i haven't regiester for the backup thing like an idiot but if i send it to my number now, when i get my new phone of the same number will i be able to recieve everything?

also if yes does the phone have to be on??
