Well today at school we were playing basketball and i fell over and landed on my bum (actually was pushed over!!!), that was at 11:00 am and it's not hours later and still hurts, i am playing tag rugby tomorrow so what should i do to make it better or at least not hurt when i walk, bend down even at the slightest erc anby methods you use, i am very active if that makes a difference and i'm 13, thanks in advance 10 pointas to the method that works!
