I go to the gym about 5 times a week but I tend to avoid lifting weights as much as possible! I feel as though I have a very weak upper body so I'm scared to do weights because I don't want to do it wrong. I really want to tone my arms, and the area between my boobs and arms (if that makes sence) what's a good way to start off? Also I definately do not want to bulk up, I just want feminine looking arms. I do a lot of cardio so does this play a role in toning arms as well? (as in shedding fat from them)
