For this assignment, you are required to demonstrate that you have a thorough knowledge and understanding of personal and professional skills that are needed to pursue a successful career in an organisational setting. You will be required to demonstrate your skills that are needed to prepare and implement a personal development plan successfully. You may assume a supervisory role (preferably a junior management position) in an organisation of your choice.

The following tasks are required to be carried out:

1.Examine and evaluate the personal and professional skills that a manager would need to meet the (your own) career development needs and the organisational needs.
