Height wise, I wouldn't go over 3 or 4 feet, distance wise it's hard to say. Like the others mentioned the physics of the jump will determine the impact as does the position of the bike upon landing. I really doubt that you will crack the frame but you could very easily blow the fork seals and possibly the rear suspension jumping too hard. If you want to get a little more air you could install the BBR fork and shock springs. They are about 30% stiffer.

It essentially comes down to how much can the shocks take upon impact.
It depends on what angle you land. If you have a jump but no landing ramp then you won't be able to jump as high. A landing ramp at ~45 degrees would allow the work on the spring to be carried out over the period of a ramp allowing a softer more controlable landing.
In 13 year old terms. If you have a jump and landing ramp maybe 20 feet max, but you won't be able to do a jump that high if there's no landing.
