I have been a freelance coder for over eight years, but I find it harder and harder to come up with creative ways to find clients. I may have to get a job working for someone, but I am nervous as the job descriptions say that you have to be an expert in every single programming language known to man. I have a familiarity with all programming languages and I consider myself to be an expert in php, mysql, some javascript, XML, CSS/HTML, you know, the stuff that really matters However most job descriptions I am searching for looks for those things plus JSON, JQUERY, FLASH, and languages that no one else uses. I am wondering if they just through all of that garbage to attract more coders, or do they really expect one person to know EVERYTHING?
