    Can the lack of sleep make lymph nodes swollen, especially during "cycle"?

    Help. My lymph nodes in my neck are swollen. I also and on my period and I have been getting a lack of sleep. Is this normal?

    Swollen glands are a sign of illness or an infection, but if you have been ill and become tired, this can cause the glands to swell. Years ago, I had glandular fever, and for a year afterwards, if I got tired or stressed, the glands in my neck would swell.
    Best to get a doctor check you over.
