what folder do i put my new just made ringtones in?

ok well i asked a question yesterday saying that i dont have texting internet or anything like that but i do have a memory card for my lg envy 2 . so i have some regular songs on my memory card/phone but it will not allow me to set them as ringtones and since i cant text or anything i was wondering if there was another was to go about doing so. so someone replyd and said use this website so i used it and i made a ringtone and it said save to your computer or send to phone so i clicked the 1st one since i cant do the 2nd . and i saved it and now i dont know how to make it on my phone as a ringtone. do u need to plug my phone in if so then what or do i just need to put my memory card into the computer and do it that wasy?. but when i put in my memory card i have 5 folders that come up
1.media
2,my flix(videos)
3.my music(regular music i cant set as ringtones)
4. my pix
5. my sounds (which i also can not set as ringtones)
so i really need help b/c the ringtones on my phone already suck badly
please help

Email the ringtone to [email protected] then in the message options, you can save it as a ringtone
