My friend is thinking of getting a tattoo and might want me to design it.
i think a lot of professional tattoo artists charge a flat rate of $50.. i was thinking something more like 20. does that sound reasonable?

it would be something with a lot of detail. he said hes thinking of something like the sistine chapel. and it would be in color
