Contact Vodafone customer care, there should be a direct number on your phone which is free, it does though however sound like they've not fully activate it yet, try giving it another 24 hours.

Ive just transfer from orange to vodafone pay monthly and i think everything has been activiated, however i can not send messages, receive phone calls or messages. but i can phone others.. PLEASE HELP ME..!! :S i dont know what to do..?
