Will I get in trouble for intimacy with a student who just graduated?

'm in my early 20s, female, attractive, and a high school teacher in California. Recently there has been A LOT of chemistry between me and one of my students. He gives me signs of interest and I recripricate them back, and today when class ended we both were the only ones left in class and we could feel the sexual tension between us. He's 18 and graduating next month. If I do invite him over for some tutoring sessions in my apartment after he graduates, what is the law and would I get a criminal record considering he's of legal age and graduated high school? ie not a student anymore?
This boy has BY FAR the most handsome face in the world. A mix between Brad Pitt and Cristiano Ronaldo. And his eyes are to die for!
