I have alltel and a contract plan. The phone will go to the Alltel shop part/axcess and It will say catalogue and I hit catalogue then it says "no items were found" even though It connects to the shop and says whatever their current promotion is.

I want to get games and AIM for my phone! What do I have to do to make it load up and work?! It did on my old phone!
